Can I declare my followers as assets?

Declaring your followers as "património" (assets or property) is legally and morally nonsense. Followers are humans, not your possessions. You can't list them as property on any legal document because people aren't assets you own or register. Manage your social media influence wisely, but don't pretend your followers are things you can own or declare for taxes or inheritance.
